With more than 50 workshops, seminars, and teachings, the second annual Mindful Living Show is set to be a day to remember
For the second year running, Happiful magazine is delighted to announced its partnership with the Mindful Living Show. The show, which was born out of a wish to bring the community together and promote the benefits of mindfulness for health, happiness and wellbeing, offers a plethora of exhibitors with more than 50 workshops, seminars, and teachings, covering all aspects of mindfulness.
The event is open to people of all experience levels, from professionals to mindfulness newbies, and with an eclectic mix of keynote speakers, there’s bound to be something for everyone. And when you’re not feeding your mind with talks and workshops, the Mindful Living cafe will offer tempting refreshments, and the Zen Garden at the heart of the event offers some solace from the hustle and bustle of the day, and an opportunity to network and meet like-minded people.
Building on the sucess of last year, the Mindful Living Show now has two dates. The first being Manchester on the 2-3 February, and the second on the 1-2 June in London. Amongst a line-up of fascinating, inspiring speakers, we are delighted to share that Happiful’s own Anna Parker-Napels will be speaking on Saturday 3rd February 2018 from 14:00 to 14:30, and Friday 1st June 2018 from 13:20 to 13:50.
Voice actor, Anna Parker-Naples suffered with symphysis pubis dysfunction while pregnant with her third child leaving her housebound and confined to a wheelchair. But a meeting with a hypnotherapist transformed her life and led her down a wonderful new path. You can read her story for Happiful here.
The Friday Manchester event will also host an exclusive screening of the film Walk With Me. Narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch, Walk With Me is a insight into the world of mindfulness and the Zen Buddhist master, Thich Nhat Hanh.
Happiful will also be attending the London show in June, where you will be able to meet some of the team throughout the day.
Speaking of the Manchester show, Alex Joicey, Event Director of Pep Farley, said: “The Mindful Living Show is being expanded to Northern England to increase awareness of mindfulness and the positive impact it can have on lives, in so many different ways.” He continued, “I am delighted that we have had so much interest and positive reaction for the event, from both the mindfulness community and the general public - it is already promising to be a huge success and will help in spreading the word about mindful living.”
