Crisis support

General listening lines

SANEline
- SANEline offers support and information from 4.30pm–10.30pm: 0300 304 7000.

CALM
- The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a line for men, and is open from 5pm–midnight: 0800 58 58 58.

- Refuge supports those who have experienced domestic violence by offering refuges and recovery services

The Survivors Trust
- The Survivors Trust aims to support and empower survivors of rape, sexual violence and/or childhood sexual abuse.

NSPCC
- The NSPCC offer support and help for children affected by abuse.
