The Live Life Well Virtual Weekender 2.0 runs from the 11-13 September and has everything you need to find your footing once again in our ‘new normal'

As we move into the final quarter of 2020, Alexandra Davison and Lottie Keble-Wyatt, the duo behind the inaugural Live Life Well Festival in May this year, are bringing together a plethora of experts once again, to share their advice, professional wisdom and actionable ideas for living healthier, happier lives as part of the upcoming Live Life Well Virtual Weekender 2.0 (11-13 September).

Speakers include the wonderful GP, BBC broadcaster and wellbeing campaigner Dr Radha Modgil, The One Show’s Kevin Duala, founder of #EntryLevelBoss Alexa Shoen, sex and relationship expert Tracey Cox, author, blogger and creative consultant Uju Askia, motivational speaker and female empowerment leader Kemi Nekvapil, and presenter and mentor Johnny Nelson.

The programme includes

  • Psychologist and Yoga Teacher Suzy Reading will discuss her thoughts on Self Care for Tough Times while Dr Aaron Balick and Dr Claudia Herbert explore the psychological impact of COVID-19 in This Too Shall Pass.

  • Steph Peltier shares the science backed strategy around how you can find happiness in your life in The No Bullshit Guide to Finding Your Happy.

  • Employment and managing financial changes are addressed by Alexa Shoen in How To Cope With Redundancy, and Clever With Your Cash founder Andy Webb, financial wellbeing expert Darren Laverty and Money Mindset coach Cat Plummer will show you How to Beat the Money Blocks.

In addition to the broad range of expert talks, attendees can also take part in morning workouts to get the blood pumping - with barre, bodyweight boxing, huddle Hiit and much more on offer.

This fantastic festival is a not for profit event, and a nominal fee of just £12 per household provides unlimited access to the entire programme of content.

What’s more, free tickets are available for all frontline and key workers, school, university and college students and those who are unemployed or on low incomes.

All profits will go to NHS Charities Together Covid-19 Appeal.
